To support implementation of the EPC projects, especially in the beginner markets, an EPC Manual have been prepared, which you can download below.

It serves as a guide on preparation and implementation of the EPC projects – from identification of the potential projects and clients, preparing successful bids, going through all steps of the procurement procedure and finally implementing the EPC project. It also includes a chapter on strategies how to support establishment and development of well functioning EPC markets.
